Abstract

Karyawan generasi Z lebih mengutamakan pekerjaan dengan fleksibilitas kerja serta lingkungan yang mendukung pengembangan diri.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang menggambarkan kondisi work-life balance karyawan generasi Z dan mengetahui aspek yang paling berkontribusi terhadap work-life balance. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang melibatkan 413 karyawan di seluruh Indonesia. Instrumen Work-Life Balance Scale yang berisi 17 (α=0,846) digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Analisis statistik deskriprif digunakan untuk menganalisis data demografis: jenis pekerjaan, usia, dan status pernikahan, serta metode analisis korelasi dan regresi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya perbedaan work-life balance pada karyawan generasi Z. Kecenderungan work-life balance yang rendah ditemukan pada faktor gender, tempat tinggal, jam kerja, aktivitas diluar jam kerja, serta pendapatan. Sumbangan efektif terbesar terhadap work-life balance diberikan oleh aspek Personal Life Interference with Work (43,9%) dan aspek Work Interference of Personal Life (36,8%).
