Work-family conflict dan stres kerja karyawan: A systematic literature review

Work-family conflict (WFC) adalah konflik peran di mana adanya tekanan dari pekerjaan yang bertentangan dengan tekanan peran dalam keluarga. Work-family conflict pada karyawan memiliki dampak negatif dalam kesehatan dan kesejahteraannya. Tekanan yang terjadi dari work-family conflict ini juga bisa menjadi pemicu munculnya stres kerja pada karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari jawaban mengenai hubungan work-family conflict dengan stres kerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode systematic literature review (SLR) terhadap jurnal-jurnal penelitian dengan menggunakan database Springer, Science Direct, dan JSTOR. Setelah dilakukan screening dengan menggunakan PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis flow diagram) didapatkan lima jurnal yang paling sesuai untuk dikaji lebih dalam. Berdasarkan kajian tersebut, didapatkan hasil di mana terdapat hubungan positif antara work-family conflict dan stres kerja pada karyawan.
