Work engagement ditinjau dari psychological well-being dan komunikasi interpersonal

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara kesejahteraan psikologis dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap keterlibatan kerja pada pekerja Sumber Makmur Autoparts & Workshop. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh pekerja yang berjumlah 41 orang. Skala Work Engagement, Psychological Well-being, dan Interpersonal Communication digunakan untuk pengumpulan data. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara psychological well-being (X1) dan komunikasi interpersonal (X2) dengan work engagement (Y) (ry.12= 0.863; p<0.001). Hasil analisis korelasi secara parsial menunjukkan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara psychological well-being (X1) dengan work engagement (Y) (rx1y=0.835; p<0.001) serta hubungan positif yang signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal (X2) dengan work engagement (Y) (rx2y=0.708; p<0.001). Sumbangan efektif kedua variabel bebas terhadap work engagement sebesar 74,4%. Semakin tinggi psychological well-being dan atau komunikasi interpersonal maka semakin tinggi pula work engagement karyawan, dan sebaliknya.
